OK, so my HP printer prints black text in black when on colour printing. As it shoud. But when I print in greyscale it's printing black text as red...or sometimes red, then black in the same document. I have installed a new black cartridge and that works fine when printing in colour. Can anyone help? And please can you tell me how I reply to you on this thresd? I am new to this and asomeone called Krazy helpfully replied asking for more details but I dont know how to reply to him!
