I had my printer since a few months , after a while the blue abd yellow ink become empty , so , i didnt buy the ink immediately , so , i kept using the print , however , the orinter didnt mind , and it didnt give me an error message about the emptyness of the two colours , and also wheb i have tried ti print something that had the missing colours , it change the content , like ut replaced the blue by pint , i didnt really mind it , so , i kept doing so and just continue printing every thing in pink , true pink !!
So from few days , i bought a new bottels of ink , and i installed them in printer , then , i have tried to print something with the new colours , but , i got it in pink ...
I have tried a lot if things all the cleaning in the program but all didint fix my problem , i even tried to rebot my pribter i didnt work either ...
So for see , i tried to printer a mean only , it got me pink , but before printing the paper , i opened the printer to see the tubes that pulls in the ink , i remembered the amount that is shown , after printing the amount stayed the same , nothing is pulled in , its like the printer doesnt identify it , especially the yellow one , its not pulled in at all !!!

Welcome to the HP support community.
Run the printhead cleaning utility using the HP Software
-
Open or search for the HP folder in your list of installed software applications, click the folder for your printer, and then click the name of your printer.
HP Printer Assistant opens.
-
On the HP Printer Assistant window, click Maintain Your Printer.
-
Click the Device Services tab, and then click Clean Ink Cartridges
.
A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.
-
Examine the Print Quality Diagnostic page.
-
If the print quality is acceptable, click Done. You can stop troubleshooting.
-
If the print quality is unacceptable, click Second-level Clean when prompted to continue the next level of cleaning.
-
