Hello, this is crazy. I’ve spent the entire morning trying to fix something that seems so basic but apparently isn’t. I’m dealing with a white border issue when printing a poster.
I’ve done everything. I upgraded the driver, disconnected and reconnected the printer, uninstalled and reinstalled it, updated the software—everything. Now my printer looks brand new, fully updated, etc., but the border issue persists. Even when I try printing from the app and select options like “fill the page” (not borderless option find there), the problem remains the same.

Hi @JulianIGM
When you click on Print option then check Paper Size in Print preview.
Select paper size for: US Letter Borderless
and then send to print.
Should be something like the next screenshot:

Hello there, thank you for your response.
When I mention the app, I’m referring to the HP Smart app installed on my computer. I have an iMac Retina 5K, 27 inches (Sequoia 15.1). When I try to print from any function (either through the app or directly from the document), I can’t find the borderless option anywhere. I’m trying to print the cover of some sheet music, but the white border won’t go away. It’s like it’s part of the layout. You can enlarge or shrink the image, but this border remains.
The same issue happens with text, though it’s not noticeable if the paper is white. It’s only obvious when printing something in color. I’ll attach some samples to illustrate the problem.
I’d appreciate any guidance you can provide.

OMG!!! You just made my night! Wow!!! I feel a bit silly realizing that this solution was right in front of me the whole time. I spent several hours, on multiple occasions, with HP technicians who accessed my computer, and we got nowhere. What a waste of time, seeing now that everything was already there.
Thank you so much, I’m infinitely grateful!
