Hi @Ambedkar1,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error message "Borderless printing was changed from on because of a conflict with another printing setting" indicates that your printer settings are conflicting with the borderless printing option. This typically happens when certain settings or configurations are not compatible with borderless printing. Here’s how you can resolve this issue:
1. Check and Adjust Printer Settings
On Windows:
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on your printer and select Printer Properties.
- Go to the "Advanced" tab or "Preferences".
- Ensure that the paper size selected is compatible with borderless printing. For example, some paper types or sizes might not support borderless printing.
- In the "Paper/Quality" tab or "Layout" tab, look for the option to enable borderless printing.
- Ensure that "Borderless Printing" is selected and then apply the settings.
- Ensure that other settings (e.g., paper size, print quality) do not conflict with borderless printing. For example, certain print quality settings or custom paper sizes might not support borderless printing.
Apply and Save Settings:
- Click Apply and then OK to save the changes.
On macOS:
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Select your printer from the list and click Options & Supplies.
- Click on Options & Supplies, then Driver or Utility tab, depending on your macOS version.
Select Borderless Printing:
- Open Print Settings or Print Options.Ensure Borderless Printing is enabled in the print settings.
- Make sure that the paper size and type are set correctly and are compatible with borderless printing.
- Save and apply the settings.
2. Update Printer Drivers
- Visit the HP website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.
- Install the updated drivers and restart your computer.
- After updating the drivers, reconfigure the printer settings for borderless printing.
3. Check Printer Software
- Open the printer software installed on your computer
- Navigate to the print settings and ensure borderless printing is enabled.
- Address any conflicting settings or options indicated in the software.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
