- Remove the Ink Cartridges: Open the printer cover and carefully remove the new ink cartridges.
- Check for Protective Tape: Ensure that all protective tape or plastic covers have been removed from the new cartridges.
- Reinsert the Cartridges: Reinsert the ink cartridges into their respective slots, ensuring they click into place securely.
- Close the Printer Cover: Close the printer cover and plug the printer back into the power source.
- Turn On the Printer: Turn on the printer and check if the blinking exclamation point is cleared.
2. Check for Paper Jams or Obstructions
- Inspect the Printer: Open the printer cover and check for any paper jams or obstructions inside the printer.
- Clear Any Jams: If you find any paper or debris, carefully remove it to ensure smooth operation.
