Check Printer Connection:

  • If you are using a wireless connection, make sure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device.

Check Printer Status:

  • Make sure there are no error messages or blinking lights on the printer. Resolve any hardware issues first.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart your computer or mobile device.
  • Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

Update HP Smart App:

  • Ensure that you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed on your device. Check for updates in the app store or download the latest version from the HP website.

Check Printer Drivers:

  • Ensure that your printer drivers are up-to-date. You can download the latest drivers from the HP website and install them on your computer.

Reinstall HP Smart App:
