Hi ,
I have a problem while taking copy in Ink Tank 419 Printer. If we taking a copy in A4 Plain paper, i'm getting a exact output.
But while taking in photo paper, Output is bit darket. Light blue comes to dark blue, pale green comes as dark green...
i tried 3 HP ink tank 419 printers and I also tried photo paper mode also but output was same only.
Is there any possibilities to get exact output in photo papers...

@VIJAYVELU The Paper type and size in the input tray that does not match the paper settings for the copy job can result in partial copies.
-
Reload the paper you are coping on, and make sure the paper width guides are pushed in so they are resting next to the edge of the paper stack.
-
Touch Copy, Copy Document, or Copy Photo on the printer control panel.
-
Touch Settings or the gear icon
to access and change the following settings.
NOTE:
You might need to scroll down the screen to access all settings.
-
Paper Type: Copy speed can be impacted if photo paper is selected for a plain paper copy job. Select the type of plain or photo paper you are making the copies on.
-
Tray Selection: Select the paper input tray with the paper you are using for your copies.
-
Paper Size: Select the paper size you are making the copies on, or select Automatic to let the printer detect the paper loaded in the tray.
-
Resize or Size: Change the size of the copy. Options can include a list of presets, custom sizes between 25 and 400 percent of the original size, Fit to Page, and an Actual Size setting to make a borderless copy.
-
-
Select Save Current Settings or Set as New Defaults to retain the settings for future copy jobs.
-
Load the original document or photo, and then start a copy job.

Hi ,
Sorry for the deloay response.
I tried all the options by changing copy settings and everything. Problem is while taking a copy in photo paper mode, output is bit darker. Light blue comes dark blue, light green comes dark green. if i take copy in default mode, the contents which are in black is erasing in Photo paper.
Example: If a take a copy of pan card, the letters in black are erasing.. Even after two days, the contents are erasing...

@VIJAYVELU I appreciate the details, please go through the Page. 40 Chapter 3 Print - Printer settings tips - and print using draft mode to check if those prints are better than it is now: Click here to access your user guide.
Also, for further diagnosis on using the copier to print photos as per your preference: Click here to troubleshoot (Step by step guide)
I hope that helps,
Good luck.
