I'm on Step 6 and cannot rename W32X86 to W32x86.old
I right click, but do not get rename option. I highlight, but cannot delete or type over. Seems weird that I cannot make any change to the file name.

Are you the Administrator of your machine ? Please try (a) Click folder name (b) Hit F2 as shown

Please also be sure to stop the Print Spooler service prior trying to rename it, else such a system folder will not be renamed.
If the Print Spooler service is already stopped, what exact printers do you have installed on your PC? open the Control Panel > Devices and Printers and clarify what exact pritners are shown, some virtual print queue may prevent renaming such a folder.

Your photo gave me the thought of going to file search and then trying to rename the files. I was able to rename the files and rebooted my laptop. I downloaded the printer, but was unable to install the driver. When I tried to add my printer to my laptop, I still get the error message that my printer cannot be found. I also changed the administrator to active:yes.
I give up! I'm going to buy the HP Envy this week and hopefully will be able to connect my HP laptop and Apple Macbook. Thank you!
