@nmc-VA, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It seems you're experiencing issues with your HP Officejet 4630 printer, particularly with error codes like "OXC8022A70" and "OXC80004BO" followed by the printer not powering up. Here's what you can try to resolve the issue:

Troubleshooting Steps

Power Reset:

  • Disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer and the wall outlet.

Check Electrical Connections:

  • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the printer and the electrical outlet.
  • Verify that the outlet is functional by plugging in another device.

Inspect the Power Module:

  • Check if the power module (adapter) is securely connected to the power cord. Ensure it is properly attached and functioning.

Printer Components:

  • Open the printer to check for any broken or loose components inside, especially around the cartridge area.
  • Ensure that there are no paper jams or obstructions inside the printer.

Update Driver and Software:

  • Visit 123.hp.com to download the latest drivers and software for your printer model. Ensure your computer's operating system is compatible.

I hope this helps.
