Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Lost the driver to my Officejetpro 6969. informed to uninstall software and reinstall usg 123hp.com. I tried this and it stated I needed a new app. clicked on "button" and informed I need a new app to open hp-smart.  I tried entering hp-smart direct but images on the screen just "flicked on and off and was not stable. Any help for a 77 year old who needs the printer!!!!!!

  • Step 2: Print or scan documents and photos
  • Step 3: Manage printer preferences, messages, and supplies
  • Step 4: Learn about additional features and resources
