My Windows 10 laptop suddenly stopped communicating with my HP printer model 4675. It connect via USB still. I have uninstalled the s/w, re-booted the printer and router, re-installed the printer drivers, but still nothing. I am at a loss what to do now. Appreciate your help suggestions to move this forward.

Do you have an Anti-virus program installed on your PC?
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any network connectivity issues
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and and click on 'Fix printing'.
Also, Let us try to access the printer EWS page:
- Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to obtain the IP address.
- Type the IP address at the top of your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
- If you get any security notification, click on show details/advanced and 'proceed to this website'.
- Go to tools > Print a test page.
Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi @tonyroz
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
To better assist you -
1) Are you using a dual band router?
2) Are you able to print from any other PCs or mobile devices?
While you respond to that, try a network restore -
Step 1 Network Restore -
On the printer's control panel -
1) Touch the "Wireless icon".
2) Touch the "Settings" icon.
3) Select "Restore Network Settings".
4) Select "Yes".
Step 2 Reboot the devices -
1) Turn off the Router, Printer, and the computer.
2) Wait for 60 seconds.
3) Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.
4) Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.
5) Turn on the computer.
Step 3 Run Wireless Wizard -
On the printer's control panel, go to the Network menu or touch the wireless icon and then go to settings. Select Wireless Setup Wizard.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware. Download and install the firmware from this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hello again
Thank you for your detailed response and action list.
I am connected directly to Fiber network and router provided to me is not dual band. It is a Huawei HG8245H. I is not dual band, as far s I can see.
All my mobile Apple devices connect wirelessly to this printer without any problems, including Apple laptop.
I carried out all the steps you indicated in your response, but to no avail. I then started again, deleted all the HP s/w on my laptop, deleted all Temp files, restored the network settings on the the printer, then turned off the printer, router and windows laptop. I then restarted in the sequence you recommended again. My printers firmware was up to date. I then re-installed the printer s/w from scratch on my laptop, but again, my windows 10 laptop cannot see the printer on the network. Only way I can install the printer is via USB connection.
This is really frustrating. Any other suggestions you may have?
Regards
Tony

Try sfc scan -
1. Select Start, and in the search box, enter Command Prompt. Press and hold (or right-click) Command Prompt (Desktop app) from the search results and select Run as administrator.
2. Enter DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth (note the spaces before each "/").
3. Enter sfc /scannow (note the space between "sfc" and "/").
and then try a root level re-install -
1. In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program".
2. Look for HP Printer software.
3. Right-click to uninstall.
4. In the search box, type and open “Devices and printers”.
5. In the Devices and Printers, look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose “Delete” or “Remove Device”.
6. Open the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7. Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”).
8. Click on the "Drivers" tab.
9. Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click “Remove” at the bottom.
10. Select Ok.
11. Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows.
12. Close Devices and Printers Once the software and drivers are removed.
13. Restart the computer.
14. Download and install the software and drivers from here.
15. Click on the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

Hi Asmita
Thank you again for all your help.
I have just followed the process you outlined and unfortunately it has not solved the problem. My Windows 10 (64 Bit) laptop will still not connect via Wi-Fi to the printer. Only via USB.
What next?
Kind regards
Tony

Hello again
I downloaded and ran the program HPPSdr.exe with the printer connected via USB. It would not run via WiFi as not connected. Everything seems t be OK.
Unfortunately I could not get around to run the Printer IP address in my browser. It was constantly blocked. I turned off Windows security but nothing changed. I searched on the internet how to do this but could not get it to work. Frustration!!!
So I don't know what else you want me to do now?
Appreciate your patience and help.
Regards
Tony

Hello again
I eventually discovered that NordVPN was preventing me from printing. Once I uninstalled it I got everything to work. This is strange as I have had NordVPN installed for over a year and the problems just started just some 10-12 days ago.
Anyway, thank you for your help.
