Product: envy 6234
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

printer says black cartridge not working. it failed at end of page4 of a 6 page job

have reinserted 4 times, power cycled printer twice, checked firmware updates.

 

instant ink says it will not send more cartridges until problem solved.

printer says fit new cartridge, which i dont have as instant ink have yet to send a new one.

 

looks like catch 22.

 

any ideas?
