Refer to this document HP ENVY 6200, 7100, 7800 Printers - Replacing Ink Cartridges for help.

 

If you are unable to remove the cartridges and they are stuck in the printer, the printer needs to be serviced.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
