I'm getting an error that says "the indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer" for the color cartridge. I just replaced this cartridge with M0H50-30003 for another issue in May (only 5 months ago), purchased from the HP parts store.
I tried:
- powering off the printer
- removing, then replacing the power cord
- removing, then replacing the print head
- removing the print head, clean the contacts, replace the print head
My cartridge is about 5 months old. They have 1y warranty, correct? How do I go about getting a new cartridge to replace the bad one? I can't find any way to get through the 'contact us` menu for a parts warranty issue.

I see that there is an issue with the printer cartridge and may need replacement.
