Product: HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printing fine till change cartridge screen. changed both cartridges. alignment unsuccessful. tried again. seemed to work but printing every other line. cleaned cartridges twice, aligned again. same problem. Genuine HP cartridges. any suggestions.
