My Printer is HP officejet Pro Printer 9020 series. Its won't find for 6 months now the last 2 weeks it won't print on both sides. I have the 2-sided printing checked on page that you pull up that says print.

I went into the printer settings and I can't find where to check 2-sided printing, I know that I had it before but now I can't find it in settings, or preferences on any page when going into my printers set up pages.

Pls. tell me what to do.

Hi @SicilyPalermo

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the 2-sided printing.

To better assist you - What's the application that you are printing from?

There's no option to select, 2-sided printing from the printer's control panel.

You need to adjust the 2-sided printing either on the HP Smart app or the application that you are trying to print from.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
