Hi @Josue038,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code "003E1AA3" on your HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4101fdwe indicates a firmware issue. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this.
Power Cycle the Printer:
- Turn off the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and the printer.
- Turn the printer back on.
Update the Firmware:
- If the printer starts up correctly after a power cycle, check for any available firmware updates. You can usually find these on the HP support website.
- Download and install the latest firmware for your printer model.
Reset the Printer:
- Sometimes performing a factory reset can help resolve firmware issues. Check your printer's user manual for instructions on how to perform a reset.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

What happens is that the printer has a blue screen with the code 003E1AA3 and it doesn't let me do anything, I can't access the printer from its screen and therefore I can't connect it to the computer, what can I do?
