Please I need your help😂

Lorsque j'imprime un document recto-verso, je sélectionne "impression duplex (recto-verso)" et "retourner sur les bords longs" dans l'onglet "disposition"  et j'utilise le bac principal en A4.

L'imprimante imprime en simple page et un message me demande de retourner la page????

Comment faire pour que le bac imprime recto-verso en automatique et non plus en manuel ?
