HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

printer was working fine. Received new ink cartridge from HP instant ink after installing would not print with configuration issue 0x8004005.  Have tried uninstalling printer and program   and followed proposed steps with no luck.
