hello

  

 i want to buy inkjet all in one printer and i need  it to have the option of printing a confirmation message.

i need the that the confirmation page will contain the confirmation message, and also a reduced scale image of the whole first page of the fax sent, such that both - the confirmation  and the image - will fit on the confirmation page.

 

which types of printer are an option?

Yes it is.

 

From the printer go to Fax > Setup > Reports and select Fax Confirmation.

Touch On (Fax Send) > Confirmation with image and press OK.

 

Next go to Fax > Setup  > Preferences and enable Scan & Fax (tap the toggle to 1).

 

Any sent fax will result a confirmation with the page thumbnail printed.

Hi Giries,

Any current HP inkjet or laser printer supports a fax confirmation, as well as the option to include a thumbnail of the first page wihin the onfirmation report, a such is available for any HP model..

i believe from your previous messages that it also has the fax confirmation with the thumbnail of first page. am i right?

printers print the same format shape of the confirmation?

Hi,

I do not have such a sample available, but will make one and share with you a sample from the 5275 printer as soon as access the printer on Monday, the format should be quite similar for all current HP printers..
