Product: Toshiba Satellite M645
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I copy, my printer says paper jam.  I press OK.  A blank page is printed out, then the copy of what I want is printed.

The same thing happens if I want to print something, two sided, but not one sided.

All this stated when a recent update was installed.

What is your printer model, please?

 

When you copy, may it set to Two-Sided printing too or is it set to copy a single side?

Thanks for the idea.  I checked my copy settings and it is for one-sided.

My printer is a HP Officejet Pro 8500A... I have had this printer for 10 years.

No problems till the most recent software update which I think was a firmware update.
