Powered up my printer for the first time in a couple of weeks and it wont do anything. There is a red light above the print button lit up and a red light above the information button lit up but nothing on the display. Pressing any of the buttons does nothing and my computer says the printer is offline.

Hi @AllyWilson101,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you are facing issues with your HP Deskjet Plus 4130 printer and I will do my best to provide you a resolution on this issue.
Kindly follow the below steps:
Perform a power reset on the printer.
- Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP Recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet - Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
If the issue persists then follow the steps mentioned on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
