I also have a second question, I just subscribed to Instant Ink but not yet use the cartridges

Hi there! Thank you for visiting our English HP Support Community!
We advise you to post your question in English to insure a quick response for the Community. This can also help other users to take advantage of your post, in the case they have the same question.
Or, if you prefer, you can visit the HP Support website (https://support.hp.com/us-en?openCLC=true), to find the support channel for your region.

Ah! Edits - remove "her" - customer is unknown. Apologies!
No, French Community is closed.
Can you help this customer translate the question to receive help?
Thanks!

Excellent.
If you need us, we are here. Smiling.
Yes, it is sad for the French community - the change as been a big adjustment for our French customers.
We try to include everyone now in our English community.
That said,
When you post,
Use translation (google) for the content
and
Include the original French version.
Why post in both English and French (native language)?
English is our community language - the moderators might flag posts not in English.
For a native speaker, French (or other language) can sometimes tell the story better than a translation.
We do have Experts that speak other languages in addition to English.
Good Luck.
