Hey there! @ro16,

 

Are you using instant ink services?

 

Is the return shipping paid by HP?

 

If yes, then please do return the ink cartridges to the address mentioned on the bag.

 

If the return is not paid then you don't have to ship the ink cartridges back to HP.

Also, if you are not enrolled in the instant ink program. And if you are using regular ink cartridges on the printer.
