Hey @jomo1

Welcome to the HP Support Forum. :robothappy:

I understand you're looking to learn more about rollover pages in the Instant Ink program. I would like to advise you on this.

As long as you remain enrolled in Instant Ink, your rollover pages will stay in effect. The only way you can change their total is by printing over your plan limit, or by lowering or increasing your rate plan. This means that if you have a 50 page plan, you can rollover a maximum of 50 pages or 100 pages for a 100 page plan, etc.

Let me know if you have any other questions about Instant Ink - I'm always happy to help.

If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below and clicking to accept this solution.

I had to minimal plan @ $2.99, but discovered that wasn't good enough, so I moved up to the $4.99. Still weren't enough pages so up to the 300-page plan. We ended up with many, many pages not being used, so we went back to the $2.99 plan, assuming our rollovers would tag along. Then we ended up using more than our 50 pages, and 20 rollover pages. Where did these rollover pages come from, and what happened to the large number of rollovers from the biggest plan?
