I have a Microsoft Word document which is formatted to print on both sides: Letter size paper, 4 pages, Landscape and flip on short edge. The document seems fine on the screen but when I send to print and I set printer to "Landscape" & "print on both sides" "flip on short edges" the document changes: it moves the set word format to several pages up to 7 and shows the inputted material across several pages. I am at my wits end. I would like some assistance please. Thank you.

Hi Sandytechy20,

The solution you mentioned was a different problem. I still have the problem of the document not printing correctly. See my message of 06/09/19

Perform root level uninstalltion to remove all the printer related software's.

  • In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
  • Select your HP printer.
  • Select Uninstall.
  • In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
  • In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
  • Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
  • Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
  • Click on Drivers tab.
  • Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
  • Select OK.
  • Remove all instances of the same.
  • Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
  • Close Devices and Printers.
  • Restart the PC again.

Download and install printer full feature driver

I hope that helps.
