We often get a "double vision" document when we print. It is usually the first page of a multi-page document. It happens with Word, Adobe - not specific to one program.
We have gone through all the recommended trouble shooting tips.

@bkw3, Welcome to HP Support Community!
To provide you with an accurate solution, I would like to know the following:
- Does the test page print fine?
- What happens when you make multiple copies on the printer?
To print a test report, touch the Setup icon , swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.
Keep me posted for further assistance.
Cheers 🙂
