I ran the HP Smart app as well as downloaded the full driver for my Deskjet 3752. The HP Smart app sees the printer on the network but i cannot print to it because when i go into printers/scanners in settings i see 'driver unavailable'.
I downloaded and ran hp print and scan doctor and that did not resolve my problem either. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the reply. I opened up a case with HP support and after running windows update and re-installing the drivers the printer installed correctly. It seemed like the windows up was the key to getting me back and running because we tried to re-install before and it continued to fail.

This might require remote access of the computer to fix the issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
I hope that helps.
