Hello:
Today, I started receiving a Mimecast error when using the e-Print feature. It worked great previously, but I now receive an email with the following text:
This is a delivery failure notification message indicating that
an email you addressed to email address :
-- XXXX@hpeprint.com
could not be delivered. The problem appears to be :
-- Recipient email address is possibly incorrect
Additional information follows :
-- 5.7.1 <XXXX@hpeprint.com>: Relay access denied
This condition occurred after 1 attempt(s) to deliver over
a period of 0 hour(s).
If you sent the email to multiple recipients, you will receive one
of these messages for each one which failed delivery, otherwise
they have been sent.
After browsing the forum, it looks like I need to have the sending email address unblocked by HP Support Agent. Can someone please assist?
