My printer quit while downloading a form in the middle of the page off the computer and now reads "error, 13 documents waiting". I can't print any of my word documents or anything in queue however I was able to print a "Print Quality Diagnostic Report" complete page. I'm a real nerd about such things as computers, printers, etc. and would really appreciate if you would give me a 'phone number where I would reach a Tech Support Representative for HP Deskjet 2540 All-in-One Printer Series or have them call me [edit] Thank you for any help you may be able to give me.

IF I understand the issue correctly, the printer queue itself may be "stuck".
If that is the case,
Try / Consider
Troubleshooting document from your printer's Website Support pages provides help:
Print Jobs Stuck in Queue Troubleshooting
AND / OR
Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows to check / reset the print queue
AND / OR
Cancel Print Job
If you catch the job quickly enough, print jobs can be cancelled on the printer.
The “cancel” button might be labeled as such or might present as a red X.
NOTE: Where supported at all, it is normal for the “X” to show on the control panel only briefly.
Once the job is turned over to the print service, cancel the job from the print queue.
Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers
Double-Left-Click on your printer icon > See what’s printing > Click (or Right-Click) on the job > Cancel
Exact wording varies.
OR
Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers > Double-Left-Click on your Printer
Double-Left-Click on See what’s printing - Click (or Right-Click) on the job > Cancel
Exact wording varies.
OR
Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners > Click Open queue
Click (or Right-Click) on the job > Cancel
OR
Settings > Devices > Right-Click Printers & Scanners > Pin to Start
Then
Windows key > find the newly PINNED application tile Printers & Scanners
Move the application tile to a Tile Group that is easy to see and open quickly
Print Queue / Print Service Reset
The Doctor can help with several issues, including "jobs stuck in the queue".
HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows
and / or
If the print job will not cancel or if the print job is stuck in the queue
If the issue is due to Print Services being stuck / hung, the following should fix the problem.
Stop print service, clear the print folder, Start print service
Control Panel > icon view > Administrative Tools > Services
Scroll down, find, Right-Click, and Stop Print Spooler Service
Open File Explorer (formally Windows Explorer)
Navigate to the folder and Delete the files from folder C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
Start Print Spooler Service
Service calls to HP...

From HP > CAUTION
Recently, HP has seen an increased number of third-party support websites selling HP driver downloads or diagnostic tools. Many of these websites use the HP trademark symbol and claim to be official HP distributors.
If your product supports your operating system, HP offers your driver and software at no additional cost through the HP website.
Use caution when dealing with any website that asks you to pay for HP driver downloads or tools that claim to diagnose your HP products. These websites might not be affiliated with HP in any way.
Do not install BIOS updates from a motherboard manufacturer's website. Only install BIOS updates from HP. Installing BIOS updates from the motherboard manufacturer can prevent the computer from accepting an HP system recovery. This could result in a loss of data.
