Product: HP DeskJet 3630 All-in-One Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The stupid printer crashes every time I install a new, and yes, ORIGINAL, HP ink cartridge.
The colour ink cartridge works fine UNTIL THE NEW BLACK INK HP CARTRIDGE IS INSERTED and then the printer can´t recognise ANY ink cartridges.
The problem continues no matter what I do and troubleshoots.

I have had problems with other Hp printers also and I think HP intentionally **bleep**s up their printers so people are forced to buy a new one, constantly.
Please help!!!
