Product: HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw

Salve, sto riscontrando problemi di stampa fantasma sulla mia stampante laser a colori hp 179 fnw. le immagini fantasma vengono replicate sia verso l'alto che verso il basso (a volte solo verso il basso)  a una distanza di circa 19 cm. ho provato a ripulire il tamburo ma non sembra cambiare nulla. qualche suggerimento? la stampante è relativamente nuova (circa 1 anno e mezzo) e il tamburo sembra essere molto lontano dalla fine del suo ciclo di vita (90%).
