No worries.
Here is another try to help...
If you log into your browser (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge) to get to your email, the following may help...
Try this:
Open your browser (Chrome, Firefox, whatever you are using)
Open your email page and log in to the email account so you can see your emails
Adjust the size of the webpage on which you are viewing your email:
Use the Control key and one of these other keys to make the whole page bigger or smaller:
Ctrl + (Press Control key and Plus key at the same time > makes page contents larger)
Ctrl - (Press Control key and Dash key together > makes page contents smaller)
Ctrl 0 (Press Control key and 0 (zero) > resets page to Default)
That may be enough to take care of it.
Try printing one of the emails and check the size of the print on the paper.

Print size is determined / controlled within the application you are using when you submit the print job to the printer.
Browsers, email programs, document editors, document readers, and photo viewing / editing software all provide some form of Print Preview / Page Setup / Properties (wording varies).
Check / Verify / Adjust the scale size in Page Setup -- be sure it is not set to "0".
Set the Scale (print size) to the desired percentage of 100%.
