I just received an Envy 5540.  From my Samsung Galaxy 5 I can print pictures. But I cannot get it to print emails. I get a failed to change system, try again. Which doesn't work. I have the plug in installed, obviously or it would not be able to print pictures.  Doesn't seem to matter if I am using AOL, or gmail. Same message.

From you thread I installed the eprint app. From that app I could get to the part that said add an email account.  But I kept getting a message. "the email or password that you entered is not working Please try again. So I searched the hp forum and found this thread and it fixed it.

When adding an email address the  host name has to be IMAP.(your server).com and that fixed the issue. Thank you so much for your suggestion about the eprint!!

I can now print my aol emails:)

Hello, @nssracer – Greetings!

Thanks for joining HP support forums. I’d like to be of your assistance 🙂

I see that you are having issues while printing from your Samsung Galaxy S5. Go to Settings>Connections>More Networks>Printing.  There are two print services:  1) Samsung Print Services plugin and 2) HP Print Services Plugin.

If you don't have a Samsung printer you should turn off the Samsung Print Services plugin as it won't be of any use to you.   Select that plug-in if it is listed as On, and turn it Off.

Also, try using the following apps if the issue persists:

HP ePrint app - http://hp.care/2hq3HPB

HP AiO remote app - http://hp.care/2f9KIEV

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

Cheers & Wish you a very happy new year 🙂
