I have an HP Tango printer; my toddler ripped out the encoder strip and now we can't find it.  We need to buy a replacement -- where do we find one?  PS if anyone has insight into how to connect with a live agent for support it would be greatly appreciated...this has been a struggle to get a solution.

Hi @nurfburger,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

I see that you are facing an issue with one of the part broken on your Printer.

Unfortunately, If there is any issue with an inkjet printer. The only option you will have is to go for a replacement printer based on the warranty available.

However, you can check locally where they fix printer's and PC's to assit you further with your concern.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

Refer to this KB article https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Knowledge-Base/How-to-find-replacement-paper-trays-or-any-oth...

As implied by @Irfan_06 , the number of parts for small inkjet printers is pretty limited.
