envy 4512 printer window says computer not listed

I cannot open the hp printer software because I get an error of "Library not listed." Also I can scan but it is quite a convoluted process. I can do nothing from the computer. Oh, it wont print in black either. The complete error box is Line: 3362; Char: 13; Error: Library not listed; Code: 0; URL: File///C:/Program%20files/hp/HP%20ENVY%204510%20series/Bin/HPSolutionsPortal.hta

I suggest you uninstall the printer driver from root level and download the full feature software

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features 
2.) Select your HP Printer 
3.) Select Uninstall 
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers 
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’ 
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”) 
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab 
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom 
10.) Select Ok 
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows 
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Restart the computer and download the Full Feature Software from Here and follow the onscreen Instructions

1) My printer was not listed in programs and features.

I did delete it from Devices and printers and followed the rest of the instructions. I still cannot open the hp printer software or hp smart. The printer window still says no computer found. I think there is something wrong with the computer itself. In devices and printers the computer icon has an exclaimation point in a triangle by it. No printer has worked right since I deleted the photosmart D110 that I had. I didn't realize I had an HP computer also and may have accidently deleted something important. Anyway, getting new computer soon so hopefully everything will work out. Thank you for the help.
