Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

ePrint has its own set of rules, methods, and limitations.

ePrint job results are not measurable against "what works manually" or even what ePrint does with a different job or different document, or the same or different document sent to a different email.

The general guidelines can help you determine whether a particular job type submission is supported.

What?

"What You See is What You Get"

ePrint is old, free, popular, automated, and prone to the limitations of the software and Web Services.

ePrint History option was removed years ago.

How it works

HP Printers - Print with HP ePrint

Includes FAQ > What if my ePrint job did not print?

Note:

For printers released after Fall 2020, HP ePrint is not supported. As an alternative, Print Anywhere is available on select models.  For more information, go to Print Anywhere with the HP Smart App.

=======================================

ePrint - that is, sending an email directly to an email server that, in turn, shunts the job to the printer, is not supported by every email provider.

Those providers that do support access of this type might place security restrictions on how the third party software (ePrint) is allowed to be used.

Depending on how ePrint is configured, add additional "sending" email addresses to the "Allowed Senders" list.
