Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Keep getting error 0x61011bed, can print, was working OK, and just stopped performing.

I have the same error message: Printer Failure with those same numbers below and a message about not shutting down with a power strip.  I have windows 8.  I never shut down with a power strip.  I've tried shutting down, re-booting, etc. nothing works so far.  When I open door to check ink cartridges / carriage, I can't because ink cartridge carriage is parked over on the right  side, inaccessible.  I hear the carriage move when I power down or back on.  But I can't get them to move with the door open.

And my printer is a 6700 Premium, similar I suppose.
