Hello everyone,
I've tried to clear paper jam without effect because this is not the problem. Printer says also "Printing not active, impossible to print documents while cartridges haven't been installed". So I can not print nothing. I'm using alternate cartridges because half the price of originals I have no money, this printer was offered. And "HP Smart" printing application recognize them as alternates. So please help me, what can I do?

Hi @maamiel,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code 0xc6fd0013 on your HP PageWide 377dw printer typically indicates an issue with the ink cartridges or the printer's ability to recognize them. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue.
Check Cartridge Compatibility: Ensure that the alternate cartridges you are using are fully compatible with the HP PageWide 377dw printer. Some third-party cartridges may not be recognized correctly by the printer.
Reinstall Cartridges: Turn off the printer, remove all the cartridges, and then reinstall them carefully. Make sure they are seated properly in their respective slots.
Clean Cartridge Contacts: Sometimes, the contacts on the cartridges or the corresponding contacts inside the printer may be dirty. Clean them gently with a lint-free cloth and a small amount of isopropyl alcohol. Make sure everything is dry before reinstalling the cartridges.
Firmware Update: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up-to-date. HP frequently releases updates that improve compatibility with third-party cartridges. You can check for firmware updates via the HP Smart application or directly from the HP support website.
Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Use HP Smart Application: Open the HP Smart app and check for any error messages or troubleshooting steps provided there. The app might give you more specific guidance on resolving the issue.
Given that you are using non-HP cartridges, ensure they are high-quality and known to work with your printer model. Some third-party cartridges might not work correctly with HP printers due to firmware updates that restrict their use.
By following these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the issue preventing your printer from recognizing the cartridges and allowing you to print again.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
