Getting a error 49 issue after a power outage

First step of diagnostics is to disconnect any network or usb cables or wireless connections to see if the printer boots properly in standalone mode. If it does then likely you have a corrupted print job in the print queue of your computer and you need to clear those jobs. Follow these instructions:

If the device has the same error in standalone mode then the firmware may be corrupt in the device and you will want to try a hard reset: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tq7C3Fwbx_I
