That exact error is not listed in troubleshooting documentation. I can tell you that 59 errors are mostly related to motor errors. However the highest error listed is 59.00.40 which is a fuser motor error. You will likely need to contact technical support or a technician with experience with this model who can engage with HP support on your behalf.
