Product: HP color laserjet pro mfp m477fdn
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
Error message: HP 59-FO on HP Color Laserjet pro MFP M477fdn
System running: Mac OS 10.15 Catalina
For some time I could shut off and restart printer when I go the error message and it would run for several days or weeks, but slowly the run time kept getting shorter between restarts. Now I don't have any run-time, I just get error message. I don't want to have to scrap printer because of this. I am hoping someone has the answer as to how to fix.
I have updated the firmware, that did nothing.
