Hi @nou_nasr,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error message you are encountering on your HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2645 All-In-One Printer, "OXC4EB01C9 HWMICCI2C," can be frustrating, but there are several steps you can take to try and resolve the issue.

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord from the back.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Make sure there are no paper jams inside the printer.

Reset the Printer:

  • Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer while it is still turned on.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back in and turn on the printer.

Update Firmware:

  • Check if there are any available firmware updates for your printer model on the HP support website. Sometimes, updating the firmware can resolve various issues.

Factory Reset (Advanced Option):

  • Perform a factory reset as a last resort. Please note that this will reset all settings to their default values. Instructions for a factory reset can usually be found in your printer's user manual or on the HP support website.

If none of these steps resolves the issue, it's possible that there is a more serious hardware problem with your printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
