This happened around the same time that our router died. Printer quit/shut down. Will not turn back on. Unplug and then plug in produces error code. Repeating process produces various codes: OX83C0000A NOS_LOADER_APP, 0XB065D3FC, 0XB80003E8.

Tried several times process of “printer on, unplug printer, unplug wall, wait 3 minutes, depress/hold power button 30 seconds, plug cord into wall, plug cord into printer”. Error message shows again. No other cables are connected. I saw that there is another reboot process that might help.

@funeedham2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error. Perform the steps mentioned in this document - '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays

Check for any jams inside the printer and make sure the printer carriage is moving freely. Refer to - Paper Jam Error

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure with the printer. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
