I've got the error code 0XB80005F4 on my hp officejet 4630 printer. I've turned it off, unplugged, took out ink but still doing it

I point out that when I plug in the printer sometimes it turns on and sometimes not at all. Even if I press the power button, the printer will not turn on. And when it turns on it displays error code 0XB80005F4. The printer is equipped with HP Instant Ink. The printer has the latest firmware updates.
