Hello,

 

Hope you are well,  usually that error message stands for paper jam inside the printer, please check the rear door, remove the tray 2 and check for paper stuck. As well, please remove the tray 2 and press a green plastic tab in the cavity where the tray was and it will release a hidden door, make sure there is no paper stuck inside.
