Why does this happen without notification to printer owners, leaving these print problems to the owners and wasting precious time trying to figure out? Updates should not be doing this.

What is the solution? What are the steps to prevent happening again?

This must be driven by HP for so many people all over getting the same problem. What are they up to? I didn't get a notification they were making changes. Did anybody?

For a while I bragged about how handy this HP LaserJet two-sided print two-sided scan device worked, and how easy it was to access from my Android phone.

Recently however, almost all of my attempts to print things from my phone fail or hang or return this error code.
