If you are experiencing error code OxB82049D4 on your HP Officejet 3830 printer, it is usually related to firmware or hardware issues. Here are steps to help you troubleshoot and resolve the error:

Restart the Printer

  2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and from the wall outlet.
  3. Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  4. Plug the power cord back into the printer and the wall outlet.
  5. Turn the printer back on by pressing the power button.

Run HP Smart:

Check for Paper Jams

  1. Check all the paper paths for any jammed paper.
  2. Remove any stuck paper carefully.
  3. Close all covers and doors properly.

Check Ink Cartridges

  1. Open the cartridge access door.
  2. Check if the ink cartridges are installed correctly.
  3. Remove and reinsert the ink cartridges to ensure proper connection.
