Hello! I keep getting error code 0x61011bed, which I suspect may have something to do with when last replacing an ink cartridge I ignored a warning stating that the cartridge might be a "fake original" (My system language is in Italian so I'm translating the message), hoping that this was just due to a glitch in my printer-scanner-fax because I believed that my purchase was from a reputable dealer.

I tried following advice from the forum indicating that I should disconnect all cords without turning off the printer and then plug in and restart, but I got the same error message.  I don't know enough about these things to attempt to re-install or update the printer firmware as was suggested....

Should I contact an authorized repair service?

Thanks in advance

Thank you,  KrazyToad, for your guidance.  It looks like when I installed the cartridge that brought up the warning about a possible counterfeit original, I should have trusted the HP internal computer more than the shop where I'd made my purchase... even though I've been buying my ink cartridges from them for years.
