Hello, reinstall my windows , I wanted to configure my printer.
When I installed the application, the error message EBS00P0004 was displayed. I can restart my computer or the printer, but nothing works... my printer version hp deskjet f 2410 Can you help me?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are getting error code EBS00P0004 on your HP Deskjet F 2410 All-in-One Printer.
Please follow the steps listed below for product reset:
1. Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
2. Leave printer on and completely idle for at least 1 hour.
3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
5. Wait at least 60 seconds.
6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on. Now check the control panel display.
You may also upgrade the firmware by following this document.
